Booking Policy

Please review the following terms and conditions for bookings with our company:

1. A 30% deposit is required via e-transfer upon booking. For out-of-province or international renters, a 10% deposit is required by credit card.

2. The remaining balance must be settled in cash upon arrival before the rental or service begins. Out-of-country or international renters can pay via credit card/debit cards, subject to a credit card processing fee.

3. A security deposit ranging from $7,000 to $10,000 is accepted in either cash or credit card form. If using a credit card, it must be in the name of the person renting the vehicle. If another person’s credit card is utilized, they must be present during the transaction to sign off.

4. Chauffeur services may not require a security deposit, but a retainer may be necessary for more complex chauffeur services.

5. In compliance with recent regulations due to theft incidents in Ontario, we are obligated to take a photograph of both the renter and the credit card holder in front of the vehicle.

6. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-credited. Ensure the accuracy of your vehicle and date selection before confirming your booking.
